The 9 days/8 nights all inclusive escorted trip acquaints with Ukraine’s most interesting cities and landmarks. The program begins in Odessa, and then continues by train to Crimea visiting the most popular the Black Sea resort Yalta, and further tourists travel by plane to Kyiv and Lviv.
Day 1 ODESSA Arriving Odessa. Short rest. Dinner at Ukrainian style restaurant with folklore show.
Day 2 ODESSA Panoramic city tour with most important Odessa historical, architectural and cultural landmarks: Assumption Cathedral, Fine Arts Museum, Prymorsky Boulevard, Opera and Ballet House (exterior), famous Potemkin Staircase, Derybasivska Street. Optional performance at Odessa Opera House.
Day 3 ODESSA Excursion to one of the city museums. Visit to Derybasivska Street – famous artistic and leisure place of Odessa. Evening departure by train for Kyiv.
Day 4 KYIV Arriving Kyiv – the capital of Ukraine, its largest administrative, economic, scientific, cultural and educational centre and one of its main travel attractions. Short rest. Visit to Khreshchatyk – Kyiv’s main street. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon visit to the Museum of Ukrainian Art.
Day 5 KYIV Panoramic city tour acquaints with the most remarkable city attractions – Golden Gates – ancient entrance to Kyiv, Kyiv Opera House (exterior), St. Andrew Descent with its famous craftworks bazaar and St. Andrew Cathedral, St. Sophia square, St. Volodymyr Cathedral, Mariyinskyy Palace.
Afternoon – delighting boat trip along the Dnipro River with its beautiful views on both sides.
Day 6 KYIV A tour to the famous Kyiv Cave Monastery – the complex of churches -masterpieces of architecture, and the monastery also famous for its catacombs with the relics of many Orthodox saints.
Afternoon visit to artists’ fair at the St. Andrew Descent.
Departure for Lviv.
Day 7 LVIV Panoramic city tour with the most interesting sites of Lviv including St. George Cathedral, University building, Freedom Avenue with its magnificent Opera House and Shevchenko monument, old city quarters, included into UNESCO World Heritage List: Market square, Armenian quarter, complex of Assumption church, remnants of Lviv fortifications. A highlight of the tour is the visit to the High Castle Hill with its beautiful panoramic views.
Optional performance at Lviv Opera House.
Day 8 LVIV Afternoon visit to the Museum of Folk Architecture and Lychakiv Cemetery – one of the oldest and most beautiful cemeteries in Europe.
Gala Dinner at Ukrainian style restaurant.
Day 9 LVIV After breakfast – departure. The end of the tour.
